Refers to the school, university, or educational institution purchasing the aquaponics system. System: Refers to the aquaponics system provided by EVERGREEN LANE FARM LLC. Service: Refers to the delivery, installation, and maintenance support provided by EVERGREEN LANE FARM LLC.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website, by phone, or through our sales representatives. Payment Terms: Full payment must be made upon order confirmation unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and purchase orders from recognized educational institutions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Areas: We ship systems nationwide. International shipping is available upon request. Delivery Time: Standard delivery times range from 10 to 15 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the system and the delivery location. Customers will receive a shipping cost estimate at the time of purchase.

5. Installation and Training

Installation Services: Our team will provide installation services as part of the package. The customer must ensure that the installation site meets our requirements for space, water, and electricity. Training: We offer comprehensive training for staff and students on the set-up, maintenance, and operation of the aquaponics system. 6. Warranty and Maintenance

Warranty: The system comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or natural disasters. Maintenance Support: We offer ongoing maintenance support. Regular maintenance checks can be scheduled as part of the service contract.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Systems may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in new and unused condition. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned system. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.

8. Intellectual Property

Content: All training materials, manuals, and online resources provided with the system remain the intellectual property of EVERGREEN LANE FARM LLC. Usage: Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for educational purposes within their institution.

9. Limitation of Liability

Direct Damages: EVERGREEN LANE FARM LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the system. Indirect Damages: EVERGREEN LANE FARM LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the system.

10. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania/USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Pennsylvania/USA.
